PAYG for Telecom Operators
Cloudike PAYG lets telecom operators launch a branded cloud storage service with no large upfront investment. Cloudike hosts and runs the platform, and you offer the service to your subscribers under your brand, as part of your service portfolio.
Why choose Cloudike PAYG
- Predictable costs. A one-time setup fee, then a monthly invoice for the packages your users bought or renewed in the previous month, plus paid grace days, if your packages have them.
- Hassle-free infrastructure. Cloudike manages deployment and maintenance.
- Custom-branded web app. Provided to all clients with no minimum commitment.
- Mobile app branding. Available for clients purchasing over 15,000 subscriptions.
- API customization. Tailored integrations for clients exceeding 30,000 subscriptions.
We are flexible: contact Sales to discuss terms that fit your business.
Infrastructure
The platform is hosted on AWS, a reliable and scalable environment.
Authentication
Each operator gets a dedicated WebView sign-in page. Users sign in with their phone number and a one-time SMS code: Cloudike generates the code and sends it through your SMS gateway. See Integration Flows.
Billing
The standard package is 100 GB for 30 or 365 days. The list of packages for your users is agreed with Cloudike before launch.
For each package, you and Cloudike agree before launch who renews it:
- Cloudike renews. When the paid period ends, Cloudike requests renewal approval from your billing. If the renewal is not approved, the subscription stays active during a renewal grace period: an optional paid grace period, paid by you, followed by a free grace period (2 days by default). If the renewal is still not approved, the subscription is canceled (see Subscription Renewal). See Integration Flows.
- Your billing renews. You don't send renewal requests to Cloudike: the subscription stays active until you unsubscribe the user. There is no grace period for these packages.
The billing interface is accessible through WebView, eliminating the need for native payment processing.
Mobile apps
Each app includes:
- Custom branding (name and icon)
- Localization
- Sign-in and billing links
- Legal documents (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, etc.)
- Admin panel for management
Standardized elements:
- UI colors. A unified color scheme across all clients.
- Illustrations. Can be customized within a predefined color framework.

A universal API connects your systems with Cloudike. See the Integration API Reference.
